Of course they will prefer to have the All season, so they can sell the car with right tires even it going to be in summer or spring. I doubt they will give you hard time just because of the tires, when you trade in a dealership and buy a new car from them. WebYes it is most definitely illegal for a dealer to even offer for sale a car which is not fit for the road, unless there is a big sign on it saying “awaiting preparation”. Even that wouldn’t cover for bald tyres though. How many miles have you done since purchase??
