Make sure all the directories that contain the libraries you need are listed here, for every configuration you build. You might need to supply a library directory that overrides a standard library directory. On the command line, use the /LIBPATH option.

One is the statically linked runtime (libcmtd.lib) and the other is the dynamically linked runtime (msvcrt.lib).
