Check the Parasound website, they list the specs for all their retired models. I have the HCA1000A, 125 watts into 8 ohms, 200 into 4, and it delivers great sound with lots of current to drive my 4 ohm ... Web10 Sep 2003 · I recently bought a Parasound 2205A and put it to the test next to my Rotel RMB1095 before deciding which one had to go. Soundwise these two amps do not differ that much. However the Parasound clearly wins in detail and bottom end power.
